To keep things fair and respectful to our artists, partners, and teachers, please take a moment to review our Angel Policy below.

✋ Handmade Use Policy

We welcome and encourage you to use Crafty Stamp Co. products in your handmade artwork.
“Handmade” means items that have been hand-stamped, colored, assembled, or created by hand — not mechanically reproduced, scanned, or mass-printed.

All Crafty Stamp Co. products are intended for your personal use and enjoyment, including items received through Crafty Stamp Co. events.

✅ You May

  • Use Crafty Stamp Co. designs for personal, hand-crafted creations.
  • Sell your handmade items (featuring Crafty Stamp Co. designs) at local craft shows or vendor fairs.
  • All items must be hand-stamped or handmade — no mechanical reproduction or mass printing allowed.
  • Resize or color digital images for your personal creative use.
  • Give credit to Crafty Stamp Co. whenever possible — it’s appreciated, though not required. 💖

🚫 You May Not

  • Claim any Crafty Stamp Co. designs, products, graphics, or class projects as your own.
  • Use Crafty Stamp Co. designs to create stamps, kits, or similar products.
  • Mass-produce or sell items made with our designs on online marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms.
  • Sell or distribute Crafty Stamp Co. images, SVG files, or stamped “toppers.”
  • This includes selling black-and-white or pre-colored images, or mass-cutting SVG designs for resale.
  • Email, share, or transfer any digital product, design, or class file to another person or business.
  • Redistribute Crafty Stamp Co. materials — including clear stamps, SVG files, digital designs, class instructions, or custom products — through email, file sharing, swaps, social media, or resale.
  • Create or use Crafty Stamp Co. designs for logos, trademarks, embroidery files, or cut files.

🎨 Licensed Artwork and Transparency

At Crafty Stamp Co., most of our artwork is drawn by Cristena and Meadow Bagne; however, we occasionally feature images created by talented licensed artists whose work we have legally purchased and obtained usage rights for.

While we do not claim authorship of those specific images, they remain fully copyright-protected and fall under this same Angel Policy.
You may not copy, trace, modify, or redistribute any of these designs — whether created by Crafty Stamp Co. or a licensed artist — without written permission

💻 Digital Products

When you purchase a Crafty Stamp Co. digital item, you receive a single-user license for personal crafting use only.
You may not, under any circumstances, share, distribute, or resell the digital file or its printed contents.

Please respect the rights of our artists and teachers.
All Crafty Stamp Co. designs and materials are copyright protected and may not be copied, traced, altered, or redistributed for resale or duplication.

We collect only the information necessary to process your orders securely — including name, address, phone, email, and payment details.
