Shipping policy
Crafty Stamp Co. ships physical orders using USPS. Shipping costs are based on the package weight, final destination, current USPS rates, and applicable handling costs.
Shipping charges are applied to each order at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped. This includes original shipping charges paid at checkout. Customers are also responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Crafty Stamp Co.
U.S. retail orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. All U.S. orders and most international orders are assigned a tracking number provided by USPS. Packages can be tracked through the USPS website using the tracking number provided.
A small handling fee is included in shipping costs to help cover packaging materials such as poly mailers, bubble wrap, labels, and other shipping supplies. We do our best to keep shipping fair while also packaging your crafty goodies with care so they arrive safely.
Handling time will depend on what and when you purchased.
If you purchased a digital item, it will be available instantly. You will receive an email with the download link. Please watch your email and possibly your spam/junk folder just in case. There will be NO PHYSICAL ITEM SENT.
If you purchased a physical item such as stamps, stencils, or pattern paper packs, your order will be processed and mailed within 2 business days. However, we do try to process and mail orders sooner whenever possible.
If Crafty Courses registrations are purchased, you will receive your cutting and scoring guides, supply list, and video link the same way you would receive a digital item. Please watch your email to download your PDF.
Once an order has been shipped, Crafty Stamp Co. is not able to refund shipping costs. Shipping fees are paid for transporting the package and are not retained as a refundable product cost.
If your package has not been delivered and tracking indicates it is still en route to the destination, but it has been more than 2 weeks for a U.S. delivery or 8 weeks for an international delivery, please contact your local post office to inquire about the package or file a claim. Crafty Stamp Co. cannot do this on your behalf after the package has left our hands.
Crafty Stamp Co. is happy to ship to Canada and most overseas countries. However, we are not responsible for any additional customs duties and/or taxes due on packages sent to international addresses. Our shipping and handling charges do NOT include customs duties, tax pre-payments, VAT, or other import fees, nor are those fees charged at checkout. We cannot and will not advise customers on these fees. If you have questions, please contact your local shipping office or customs office to inquire about specific duty charges and/or taxes.
Crafty Stamp Co. must legally declare all contents on customs declaration forms, including the value of goods and the amount paid by customers. Packages will be declared as merchandise, not as a gift. To see shipping times by country, please visit USPS at www.usps.com.
Please be advised that international shipments take an average of 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. However, some shipments can take as many as 8 weeks to arrive at their final destination. Shipping times depend on customs processing, local postal delivery, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
If you are waiting on an international delivery and it has been longer than 8 weeks since the ship date, please contact your local postal delivery service. You can also track packages at www.usps.com using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.
Crafty Stamp Co. sees the same tracking information that you do on the USPS website. If your tracking number is not updating, you are responsible for contacting USPS or your local postal delivery service to inquire about your package or fill out a claim. Crafty Stamp Co. cannot do this for you after the package has left our hands. It is your responsibility to track your package.
Crafty Stamp Co. is not affiliated with USPS and cannot guarantee the delivery times stated by USPS. Once your order has left our possession, it is in the hands of the shipping service, and we are not responsible for your package handling, delivery, or route taken for delivery. Delivery times can be affected by inclement weather, Sunday/holiday closures, carrier delays, and customs processing.

At this time, we are not currently set up to ship anything over 4 lb outside of North America. However, if your order is more than 4 lb, please feel free to contact us, and we are more than happy to put together a shipping quote for you.
