Refund policy

We closely monitor the quality of all Crafty Stamp Co. products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy before placing your order.

Product Defects

In the unlikely event that you believe you received a defective product, please email us at info@craftystampco.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a photo of the product, and a photo showing the issue, such as a stamped image or project result that displays the possible defect.

If Crafty Stamp Co. determines that the product is defective, we will ship a replacement product to you at no cost. Product defect claims submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Final Sale Items

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not available on clearance items, discontinuing items, event registrations, digital items, Crafty Courses, or club kit purchases.

Exchanges

If you purchase an item by mistake and would like to request an exchange, please email us at info@craftystampco.com within 14 days of delivery for instructions before sending anything back.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in new condition to qualify for an exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error made by Crafty Stamp Co.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to request a return for a refund, please email us at info@craftystampco.com within 14 days of delivery for return instructions before mailing the item back.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in new condition. Approved returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or an error made by Crafty Stamp Co.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected. Items that are opened, used, damaged, missing parts, or not in new condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be emailed to info@craftystampco.com as soon as possible.

Customers who cancel orders may be assessed a 15% restocking fee to cover costs associated with the cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
