You’re Wonder-Ful with Randy Nguyen
Today we’re rolling out the red carpet for Randy Nguyen and this bold superhero card featuring our He’s Super 4x6 Stamp Set and Super Sentiments 4x6 Stamp Set. We love how Randy created a black-and-white comic-style background that makes the colorful superhero image pop right off the card. This project is such a fun example of how stamped backgrounds, bold color, and a strong focal image can come together to create a handmade card full of action and encouragement.
Here’s what Randy had to say about the project.
Hello crafty friends, DT Randy here, welcome back to the blog. I have been in a super hero mood lately, probably because of all the super hero movies and shows releasing. I wanted to create card for the He's Super stamp set.

I first stamped out my image and used Copic Markers to color it. I then fussy cut it out and set it the to side to create my background.
I took an A2 panel and stamped the images from the Super Sentiments stamp set, repeatedly, over the background.

I then took a piece of teal cardstock and trimmed it down to fit behind my panel.
For my sentiment, I heat embossed my sentiment onto a sentiment strip that I die cut out from red cardstock.
To assemble the card, I adhered the two panels together using liquid adhesive. I then adhered my sentiment onto the panel using liquid adhesive and trimmed off any excess portion.

To complete the card, I added my super hero onto the card using foam tape.
Do you love or know someone who loves super heroes too? These sets can help you create super card easily.
