Warm & Paw-Some Layers: March 2026 Crafty Crew Kit Card by Danni

Today we’re rolling out the red carpet for design team member Danni (@dannisdreams) and her cozy, pet-loving card featuring the March 2026 Crafty Crew Kit.

This sweet scene pairs Fur Mama Meadow with her adorable pup and layers of soft, neutral paw-print patterns for a look that’s perfect for any animal lover. The warm browns, creams, and soft greens give all the “snuggle your fur baby” vibes, while Danni’s layout shows how easily the kit pieces mix and match for a polished, finished design.

Hello crafty friends!! Danni here again today with another card using the March 2026 Crafty Crew Kit!

For today's card I started by doing some stenciling with the Little Paw stencil that comes in the kit. I used Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide ink for a pretty yellow. It's a very light yellow so it will be a subtle background.

 

After it dried and I cleaned up my area, I tried to match it to the papers in the Fur Babies 6x6 Paper Pad and decided that I didn't like any combos so I set it aside and went in a different direction! Does that ever happen to you? At least I have it for a future card!

I thought on it for a bit and then chose my papers. I usually go for bright colors but thought these neutral papers would be fun to create with.

 

 

I stamped my images, colored them with copics and then fussy cut them out.

 

 For my layout I used Sketch 36 from the book available at the Crafty Stamp Co., Inspired By The Sketch.
