Talk to Crafty to Me - March 2025 Crafty Crew Kit with Randy

Hello, everyone; welcome back to the blog. The March 2025 Crafty Crew Kit from Crafty Stamp Co. is currently available for pre-order, and I am excited to share a project I created with it.

 

The kit itself includes two stamp sets, a stencil, a beautiful paper pad, and a fun accessory. The pre-order window closes on February 15, 2025, so you won't want to miss out on this kit.

Today, I am featuring the adorable mice from the 'Crafty Mice' stamp set.

1. I first stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers.
2. I fussy-cut them out and set them aside to work on my background.
3. I took an A2 Panel and blended it with Tattered Rose Distress Oxide. 
4. I  took the 'Pool Water' stencil, which is sold separately, and blended it with Saltwater Taffy and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxides.
5. I took another A2 panel and trimmed off the bottom 1/4 of it. I wanted it to look like the mice were on a crafty counter or desk. 
   1. I adhered this piece to the background using liquid adhesive.
6. I stamped the sentiment directly onto the "counter".
7. I took the 'Coffee Splatter' stencil, sold separately, and blended it with Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Salvaged Patina, and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxides to make it look like there were some ink stains on the counter from crafting.
8. I heat-embossed the second sentiment onto teal cardstock, trimmed it down, and adhered it to the card with foam strips. I completed my card by adding the mice.
