Sweet as Honey: Randy’s Bee-utiful Mixed Stamp Card
There is something extra special about a card that mixes stamp sets in a way that feels completely seamless, and Randy did exactly that with this sweet creation. His cheerful handmade card combines the Bees & Honey 4x6 Stamp Set with the darling Buzzy Bee Meadow 4x6 Stamp Set, all set against a beautiful stenciled background using the Honeycomb 6x6 Stencil. We especially love the soft honeyed blending, the layered hexagons, and the way Randy’s stencil work gives this whole card such a bright, happy feel.

Hello crafty friends, welcome back to the blog. Today, I am sharing a card I created using stamp sets and a stencil from the most recent Crafty Stamp Co. release. There were several Bee-inspired sets, and I combined them for this one card.
I stamped out the images from the Bees & Honey stamp set and the Buzzy Bee Meadow stamp set and used Copic Markers to color them. I then fussy cut them out.
For my background, I took an A2 panel and blended the Honeycomb stencil onto it with Mustard Seed, Fossilized Ember, and Scattered Straw Distress Oxides.
I then die cut out 3 hexagon shapes from white cardstock and various sizes using a die set I had in my stash.
With the largest hexagon, I stamped my sentiment directly onto it.
To assemble the card, I adhered the honey jar near the bottom using foam tape. I then adhered the hexagons above it using liquid adhesive.
I then took the two bees and adhered them on top of the hexagons using small foam squares.
To complete my card, I trimmed down a piece of yellow cardstock and adhered it behind my panel.
