Sep. Crafty Crew Kit with Sharon
Hello, Sharon here with more inspiration using September's Craft Crew Kit. This is only available to order until tomorrow so don't miss out!
My card is using the Road Trippin stamp set. This brings so many childhood memories back. My parents had one of these when I was a child and we would go camping all the time in it.
For my card I stamped the main image with Memento ink and then added the flowers to the side panels for added grooviness. I colored the bus and a puppy with alcohol makers and fussy cut.
The rainbow starburst paper is a great backdrop for the images, before building my card, I stamped 'far out' sentiment in black ink on to it.
I like narrow margins on my mats so trim them down so they are 1/8th in shorter than my base I added some of the pink paper first and then the swirly rainbow.
Now to add my camper, I kept the design simple I added the puppy to the driver's side window
The camper is glued flat to the card but at an angle, after all it is "far Out"!
Finally I couldn't resist making a rainbow 'smoke' trail with the Moving and Groovin shaker mix
Don't look so worried little pup your safe in there!
