Rare & Extraordinary with Meg

Who doesn't love a great narwhal card?  Especially when we can turn it into a birthday card?

To me, that's a match made in heaven!

I love the simplicity of this card, I only used two markers to do all of the coloring.  For me, that's a big change, but I really like how the simple shading turned out.  

We are using the Rare & Extraordinary stamp set with the Bubbles stencil.

To create this card, you will stamp each narwhal and then color it all over with one layer of an alcohol marker.  Let it completely dry and then go over part of it with the same color marker.  Don't try to blend it out, let it be tone on tone.

Next you need to create a cute background and that's where the Bubbles stencil comes into play.  I love having the bubbles in green with the pink and blue narwhals.  

Grab your birthday sentiment and stamp it on a postage style layer and add your narwhals.  

And just like that, you have a delightful birthday card using just a handful of supplies!  Happy crafting!
