Pup, Pup and Away! Superhero Card Featuring Be Fursome

Hey hey heeeeey, crafty friends! Today I’m sharing a super fun superhero card featuring the Be Fursome 4x6 Stamp Set, which is heading into the Crafty Stamp Co. store this week! I paired this brave little pup with the Super Stuff 6x6 Paper Pack, layered in some SVG cut outs I created, and added just a bit of handmade texture with the edge of my scissors.

This card is bright, playful, a little comic-book inspired, and full of puppy-powered fun!

I had so much fun creating this bright and playful superhero card using the Be Fursome 4x6 Stamp Set. This sweet little pup is flying in to save the day — or maybe just deliver the cutest birthday wishes ever!

The Be Fursome Stamp Set is being added to the Crafty Stamp Co. store this week, and I knew I wanted to pair this superhero pup with our Super Stuff 6x6 Paper Pack. The bold comic-style papers were perfect for creating that action-packed city scene and playful superhero feel.

For the main image, I stamped and colored the pup with Copic markers, then layered him over a city skyline panel. I love how the bright blue cape and mask pop against the yellow and black background. It gives the whole card that classic comic-book energy while still keeping it cute and whimsical.

I also used several SVG cut outs that I created for this project, including the stars and decorative accents. They helped add extra movement around the card and made the design feel like the pup was zooming right across the front.

One little detail I really loved was adding texture to the comic book dots paper. I wanted the edges to feel a little rougher and more distressed, so I used the edge of my scissors ✂️ to gently rough them up. It is such a simple trick, but it adds so much personality and handmade texture to the finished card.

To finish everything off, I added yellow star elements, twine details, a few little red embellishments, and the birthday sentiment at the bottom. The whole card feels cheerful, bold, and full of superhero puppy charm.
