Positive Tate's Ocean Adventures with Cheryl

Hi crafty friends! It's Cheryl here with an absolutely adorable card featuring Positive Tate from the Positive Tate's Ocean Adventure Clear Stamp Set!

There's too much cuteness in this stamp set, but I settled on using the Positive Tate that's in a shark outfit. I absolutely loved the sentiment "Never Let anyone Burst your Bubble" so I paired that up with the Bubbles Stencil. I added the shine details by using a white gel pen. Doesn't it add a special touch?
