Party Like a Panda with Sharon

Happy Monday! Sharon here with an adorable Panda birthday card.

Have you ever had papers that you love but know that your images would disappear if you placed them on it or you card would be bulky if they were layered on oof one another? Here's a way to use them without distracting from your image but to also make a fun card I have only 2 layers and they are both flat. The dotty paper looks as though it's layered over the top of the green but in fact the green is cut to fit against the scallops of the dotty and I have glued the letters in to the dies cuts on the papers.
My little Panda is colored to coordinate.
