Ocean Friends with Meg

I love the new Ocean Friends stamp set so much!  And if you know me at all, you know I love polka dots.  So when I can use both on a card, I can't wait to make it!

For this card, I pulled inspiration the Shark Party patterned paper for my turquoise color and paired it with an orange. 

This cute squid is so much fun to color.  I drew some ideas from a previous online retreat that Cristena and Meadow hosted last summer.  If you haven't ever done a retreat with them, if they do one again, make sure to sign up!

I just put my own spin on the coloring. 

I used OLO Markers for my coloring, iteachstamping.com/olo - colors used are OR1.1, OR1.2, OR1.3, OR1.6, BG2.3, BG 2.4

Simply pick an orange ink pad that coordinates for your sentiment.

Then you will layer all this stamped goodness onto 3/4" strips of that glorious polka dot patterned paper from the Shark Party paper.
