Love Moo Till Coos Come Home – A Sweet Floral Card by Shilo
Today we’re rolling out the crafty red carpet for Shilo Miles, and oh my goodness… this card is pure country charm wrapped up in soft florals and sweet details. Featuring our Heilan Coos 4x6 Stamp Set with the dreamy Summer Lemons & Daisies and Buzy Buzzin 6x6 Pattern Papers,
Shilo created a handmade card that feels both fresh and heartfelt. From the peek-through frame to the delicate lavender trim and the sweetest little flower accent, every detail works together beautifully to make this Highland cow shine.

Hi everyone! This is Shilo and this is my first time on the blog!! I’m super excited to be here and to share my project with you today!
I created this sweet card featuring the Heilan Coos Stamp Set
Isn’t this little cow adorable?
I thought this much cuteness deserved a front-and-center spot on my card! After coloring her with my Copic markers, I framed her in using a Polaroid die from my stash. I backed the frame with this gorgeous paper from the new Summer Lemons & Daises Pattern Paper Pack. I also added a thread “nest” tucked in behind her. This gives your eye an illusion of a solid space (like matting a photo), helping this little Heilan to “pop” a bit more.
Because I’m new, most of you don’t know that I love embossed backgrounds, so… that was a must here. PLUS I sew on all my layers…I love the added touch of color and texture it gives(fair warning, you will see both of these things a lot on my cards).
I also pulled out the bits of blue in this pretty floral paper by adding the soft blue honeycomb from Buzy Buzzin’ Paper Pack. Once all my layers were together the final touch was to add a few gems. I think it finished off my card just right….
