Love & Coffee Card Inspiration with Shilo Miles

Today we’re rolling out the red carpet for Shilo Miles and this sweet, cozy coffee card featuring our Love & Coffee 4x6 Stamp Set and Lemons & Daisies 6x6 Pattern Paper Pack.

We love how Shilo paired the adorable coffee-loving kitty image with bright lemon paper, soft lace texture, and sweet stitched details. This project is such a lovely example of how patterned paper, stamped images, and thoughtful embellishments can come together to create a handmade card full of warmth and charm.

Hi everyone! This is Shilo! Today’s card is featuring the Love & Coffee stamp set with the Summer Lemons & Daises Paper Pack from Crafty Stamp Co. I love how cute this little “hipster” kitty is with her yellow framed glasses…although you really could color these glasses any color and they would still be cute!

I wanted to make a card out of this stamp set that wasn’t necessarily a romantic theme. My first thought was to change out the colors from the tradition pink and red for love. The other thing I thought was to choose a paper that was more generically themed. I love the colors and the happy summer vibes of this pretty lemon paper with the blue background. I decided to color my stamped image to coordinate with it. I used Copic markers and then added a bit of glossy accents to the glasses – because I can’t color any image with glasses and not add the gloss! I feel like this card could be great to give to a friend with a coffee card tucked inside.
