Life’s Short, Lick the Bowl with Shilo Miles

Today we’re rolling out the red carpet for Shilo Miles and this bright, cheerful baking card featuring our Patissier Meadow Stamp Set and Let’s Party Paper Pack. We love how Shilo used the smaller baking elements to create a playful kitchen-inspired design full of color and charm. This project is such a fun example of how accessory images, patterned paper, and layered details can come together to create a handmade card that feels creative, happy, and sweet. Here’s what Shilo had to say about the project.

Hello friends! This is Shilo! Today’s card is featuring the Patissier Meadow stamp set with the Let’s Party paper pack from Crafty Stamp Co.  I really liked the loops on this piece of paper – it made me think of a whisk- so I used this for my color scheme on my card. I also knew I wanted my mixer to be blue since my own mixer is blue….

 

For some reason, I had the idea of making this little cluster of all the baking elements from this stamp set…I think it turned out super fun! I used my copic makers to color them in, fussy cut them out, and added some gloss and a touch of sparkle. I staggered and layered each element across my card using dimension on some of them. I just HAD to use the sentiment “Life’s short, LICK the bowl” because at the young age of 49, I still do lick the bowl! Truth time….do you lick the bowl after baking?
