Hop Out of Spring with One Last Card

Hop Out of Spring with One Last Card

Hello crafty friends, welcome back to the blog. Did you know that the official start of Summer this year is not until June 20? That just gives us a bit more time to create with our Spring stamp sets.

The Bunny Trails stamp set is one of my all time faves from the Crafty Stamp Co. shop and I wanted to create one more card with this set.

I stamped out my image of the adorable bunny on the vespa and used Copic Markers to color the image. I then fussy cut out the image. I did cut off the flower portion because I was going to stamp the image onto my background as well.

I then took an A2 panel and die cut out a grass piece with a die I had in my stash. I ink blended this piece with Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron, Antique Linen and Tea Dye Distress Oxides.

On another A2 panel, I ink blended Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide with a cloud stencil. I then arranged how I wanted the grass piece and image to look on the panel.

Once I decided the placement of the image, I replaced it with the stamp and stamped it directly onto my background. I then used Copic Markers to color the flowers.

I adhered both the grass piece and the image onto the panel using liquid adhesive. I then completed my card by stamping the sentiment directly onto my panel using Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide.

Are you excited for Summer? I hope you have fun adventures planned out, that includes stamping of course. Happy Crafting!
