Gnomie Cuppie Cakes with Meg

Let's whip up some creativity in our card making today using the cute Gnomie Cuppie Cakes stamp set!

True story, I avoided creating anything gnome related until I used a gnome stamp set from Crafty Stamp Co.  I wasn't a gnome fan at all and then Cristena sent me a dang gnome image and I felt like I had to use it.  (Guess what... it was this very image!)

Once I colored it, I was hooked!  I love all of her gnome stamps and hope that she comes out with more (hint, hint!)

What I love about it is that it's not only a cute image, but it's a full body image to color - without the face!  If you have colored stamped images for any length of time, you know that faces can be difficult.  These adorable images love to be colored in and they don't take that long either.  

I stuck with a very simple color palette and did some blending and I was done.  It not hard when the image is cute.

OH, I almost made a mistake and almost failed to mention that top part of the card with the stenciled background. That's the new Bubbles stencil that I use the snot out of.  It's one you can use for almost any card.  It rapidly became my favorite in the CSC line of stencils.
