Boo Bash with Megan
Hello crafty people, Megan with the design team here sharing a simple shaker card. This card only uses the Boo Bash 6" x 6" pattern paper; there is no stamping.

When I flipped through the paper and saw these adorable ghosts, I just knew they had to be a shaker card. And the fact that they are saying Wheee! as they fly around it is very relatable. Any time I am driving on a hill or around a bend I yell Wheee!
I used a mini slimline shaker die from my stash to cut out the ghost layer and the stripe layer for the frame around the ghost.

I used score tape to adhere the acetate to the back of the frame layer and then used foam tape strips to give the shaker window the lift it needs for the bits to shake freely. I do add a bit of anti-static powder to the inside edges of the foam tape to "encourage" the shaky bits not to stick.
Before adding the loose shaky bits I selected a few to glue to the ghost background, I like to a few bits that don't move, so if the card is standing up there is still a sparkle interest.

For the sentiment I cut out Happy Halloween from the newsprint style paper and gave it a 3-layer background using the watercolor style paper in the Boo Bash paper pack. I glued this directly to the acetate and added a few of the shaky bits to the front of the card around the sentiment. I was torn between a green card base or a purple card base; in the end I went with green and loved how it helps everything pop.
