Best Yetis Birthday Card – Colorful Winter Fun with Danni Bindel

The Crafty Crew is bringing the winter party today with the cutest little yeti you ever did see!  Crafty Crew member Danni Bindel (@dannisdreams) reached for our Yeti for Winter 4x6 Stamp Set and Watercolor Birthday 6x6 Pattern Paper to create a sparkly, pastel-rainbow card that feels like a frosty celebration and a hug all in one. From the layered glitter strips to her bright Copic coloring, every detail on this “Best Yetis” design shows just how versatile this set can be for birthdays and beyond.

Hello crafty friends! Danni here today!

Our weather has been quite the rollercoaster here lately. Today it was 65+ and tomorrow we are expecting snow and the temps drop drastically! With snow in the forecast I wanted to do something wintery so I looked through my stamps and decided that the Yeti for Winter stamp set would be perfect!!

The only paper I have that is wintery is also holiday-themed, so I decided to use the Watercolor Birthday 6x6 paper pad because it has so many pretty patterns that can be used for anything, not just birthdays!

My card went together really quickly since I was using a sketch from the Inspired By The Sketch book that is available in the shop! I used Sketch # 18 for today's card.

I struggle with coloring pastel or lighter colors, so I just embraced my bright happy coloring with the yeti!

After I fussy cut my cute yeti out I added some details with white gel pen and then put the card together. I popped the yeti up on foam dots so the card would have a little dimension.
