All You Need Is Love & Macarons: Randy Nguyen’s Macaron Meadow Card

Today we’re rolling out the red carpet for Randy Nguyen and this bright, cheerful macaron card featuring our Macaron Meadow 4x6 Stamp Set. We love how Randy turned the macaron image into a full stamped background filled with happy color and sweet movement. This project is such a fun example of how one small stamp can become the star of a handmade card with repetition, coloring, and thoughtful layering.
Here’s what Randy had to say about the project:

Hello crafty friends, welcome back to the blog. Today may be National Macaroon day, but I will always have love for Macarons. I wanted to create a card with macarons before the end of May so i can call it MAYcaron.

I used the stamps from the Macaron Meadow stamp set and stamped them repeatedly over an A2 panel using black ink.

I then used Copic Markers to alternate colors across the entire background.

I took two circle dies in different sizes and die cut out one from red cardstock and another from vellum. I heat embossed the sentiment onto the red circle.

I then took purple cardstock and trimmed it down to fit behind my background. I adhered them together with liquid adhesive.

I then adhered my two circle pieces together with liquid adhesive. I completed the card by adding the sentiment to the middle of the card with foam tape.

This was a quick an easy card to end MAYcaron.
