Adventure Is Better With You – May 2026 Crafty Crew Kit Card + Video Tutorial

When I sat down to create during the live reveal, I knew I wanted to play with the new May 2026 Crafty Crew Kit right away because this whole theme is just so fun and happy. I decided to feature the Toad Trip 4x6 Stamp Set with the Adventure Awaits 6x6 Pattern Paper, and I also reached for Sketch 62 from the new spiral bound Inspired by the Sketch Book. I loved the layered look of the sketch and thought it would be perfect for building a little travel scene.

What really made this card come to life for me were all the tiny details. I had so much fun coloring the frogs and giving each one their own little travel moment.

 One is ready with a camera, one is reading the map, and one is all packed and prepared to go. I also added the luggage, little globe map, and sunshine to help tell the story and make the whole card feel like one big cheerful adventure. The patterned paper worked perfectly here too because those tiny airplanes and clouds tie everything together without taking attention away from the stamped images.

I kept the overall design fresh and bright with lots of white space in the center panel, then let the layers underneath do the work of adding interest. That balance made the focal images really stand out. I also love how the soft blues and greens feel playful and travel-inspired without being too heavy. This is one of those cards that just makes me smile because there are so many cute little things to look at.
