A PAWsome Card with Randy
Hi crafty friends, welcome back to the blog. Have you met Gracie, the super pup yet? Gracie is a loyal pet by day, but a caped superpup at night! I wanted to create a scene for Gracie that looked like she was in the backyard, getting ready to fly away and save the day.
I first stamped out the image from the Wonder Dog Gracie stamp set and fussy cut her out. I then used Copic Markers to color the images.
I then took an A2 panel and die cut out a grass piece from a grass die that I have in my stash. I ink blended this piece with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxides.

I then die cut out a fence from a fence die that I have in my stash. I then blended this fence with Tea Dye and Gathered Twigs.
I then took another A2 panel and blended it with Peacock Feathers and Uncharted Mariner Distress Oxides.
To assemble my card, I adhered the grass piece using liquid adhesive, make sure not to glue the very top part down so I could slide the fence underneath. I then took the fence piece and adhered it onto the panel with liquid adhesive.
Before I added Gracie to the scene, I stamped and heat embossed the two sentiments to the top of the panel with Embossing Ink and White Embossing Powder. Once I heat set the embossing, I adhered Gracie onto the card with foam tape.
You can now create your own super-pet cards with the Wonder Dog Gracie set now in the Crafty Stamp Co. shop. Happy Crafting!
